San Diego Weekend

We packed up the swagger wagon on Friday afternoon and headed for San Diego. We had big plans of fun, friends and relaxation. We even brought babysitters (Mom & Dad). It was a great weekend but we had some hiccups that we hadn't planned on.

Brayden seemed a little sick Saturday morning, but we all were. He seemed to have a mild fever but overall himself. I left at noon dressed and ready for the wedding festivities thinking he was going to be fine. Well, when I saw him after the wedding he was very hot and not his happy self. We were going to drop him and my parents at the hotel and head to the reception, but we never made it. We ended up spending quite a few hours and the Children's Hospital were he had a 103.8 fever and croup. They gave him some steroids and we took him home. He was a little out of sorts the rest of the weekend and he still is a little under the weather, but getting better every day. We did get to Sea Port Village and the San Diego Zoo. Even with our hiccup it was a great weekend and the weather was AMAZING!!!! I love San Diego and I love family vacations, and I love my family!!!

Happenings....

Not a lot has been happening in the Voss family. We are living life and loving each other. I feel like the days and weeks just disappeared. We go to work, play, eat, and nap. It is hard to believe that Brayden is going to by 1 in 6 weeks. I feel like he should be a newborn still, but he is quickly turning into a toddler. He has such a personality and is quite chatty. (I have no idea who he gets that from) His vocabulary keeps growing and his walking is getting so much better and faster. He is so well tempered and fun, it is amazing how much you can love such a little person. I love it when he wakes up. He lays in bed talking to him self, laughing, rolling around and just patiently waits for someone to come in, best alarm clock noise EVER!!! I know I am bias, but it is my blog!!! :-)

Enjoy our month in pictures!
